Any and all information published in Inline Fitness magazine or on Inlinefitnessmag.com by Inline Media, LLC or any of its linked partners or affiliates is intended to be for informational purposes only. Any and all examples of skating skills, workout regimens, specific and general exercises or anything else published in our collective works are solely intended to be used as supplemental information for interest and further exploration by you, the reader. Inline skating is an inherently dangerous sport, and all risks you take are your own entirely, including those taken as a result of anything you may read in our magazines, on our websites, in our brochures, or any other Inline Media, LLC officially published material.

Before skating, Inline Media, LLC strongly SUGGESTS:

a.) Be sure your skates - wheels, bolts, screws, buckles, straps, laces, fasteners, breaks, break systems, boots, cuffs, and any and all skate components are in proper working order.

b.) Always wear knee and elbow pads, wrist guards, and a helmet, and obey all recommended safety rules. Rearview mirrors, reflective clothing and lead and rear lights are highly advisable accessories as well.

c.) In this day and age, it's wise to always have a fully charged cell phone with you in case of personal emergency. Also, be on the lookout for suspicious activity and report any and all suspicious behavior to the proper authorities.

d.) Additionally, we strongly recommend that you forego the use of personal music systems, as they can drown out road and trail noise. You should also avoid roads where high traffic conditions make skating more dangerous.

e.) Always skate to the right and pass on the left. Clearly announce your intentions to anyone you approach from the rear with "Passing on your left" at least several hundred feet before completing your pass.

f.) Before beginning any workout regimen, it is wise to consult with your physician.

g.) If you're new to inline skating, it would be wise to take lessons on breaking, striding and turning before venturing out on inline skates.

h.) Even with these precautions, you can still get hurt. Be alert, Be courteous and safe.

All content printed in Inline Fitness Magazine and on inlinefitnessmag.com is not to be taken as advice, and you accept all risks as your own as a condition of reading any material published by Inline Media, LLC.
